Co-Owner, Curl Specialist, Master Stylist

Lacindra is an Owner of The Curl Lab as well as a Curly Hair Specialist / Master Stylist

Specializing in Curly Cutting,Pintura,Lived In Color.

She has a keen eye for detail and with years of experience. With a deep understanding of the unique needs of all curly hair types. Lacindra has become a go-to professional for those seeking not just a haircut, but a transformation that celebrates and enhances natural curls.

Lacindra embarked on her journey in the beauty industry over thirteen years ago assisting national educator Kara Peterson, becoming Deva Curl certified. Establishing herself as a specialist in the art of curly hair, her dedication to staying on top of the latest trends and techniques has allowed her to deliver exceptional results to a diverse clientele.

Lacindra started The Curl Lab in 2020 in her studio with a vision to create a go to salon deemed a safe space for all hair types. Where all the traumatic experiences are left in the past, and a new road to acceptance and embrace starts! Early 2023 Alisia a long time friend and master stylist came on board as a parter and together we moved into our salon home and created this beautiful space that we now know as The Curl Lab. We share the dream of a space that celebrates all hair types as well as finding a team of people who are passionate in our vision.

Lacindra possesses a wealth of knowledge about different curl patterns, textures, and products best suited for each. She is an advocate for clients, empowering them with the knowledge to care for their curls - the key to happy, healthy curls extends beyond the salon chair.

Alisia is an Owner of The Curl Lab and a highly skilled and versatile Master Stylist, specializing in Multi-Dimensional Color and Curly Haircutting. With an impressive twenty years of experience, Alisia is dedicated to creating an atmosphere of trust, effective communication, and beauty for her clients. She holds certifications from Deva Curl, Kevin Murphy, and Bellami, demonstrating her expertise in Curly Cutting & Pintura, Cutting, Color, Styling, Products Knowledge, and Master Hair Extension Services. Alisia's true passion lies in empowering her clients by giving them the confidence to embrace and proudly wear their natural hair, while also equipping them with the knowledge to style and maintain their gorgeous hair in between appointments. Whether it's highlighting, balayage, or a simple root retouch, Alisia finds immense joy in enhancing her clients' beauty. Tricia Snow Master of her craft. Currently a National Educator with Alter Ego Italy. Deva Certified, and takes pride in continuing her advanced education regularly . Her intuitive styling powers are a culmination of expert technical training, implementation and creative vision.

Using her keen understanding of natural hair and how it falls, Tricia determines what color and cut will best compliment the hair and individual style of each client. You will have a customized transformative experience. Once you’ve sat in her chair, you will walk away with a new understanding of the texture and way your hair moves and its versatile styling ability. She prides herself in knowing the best products enabling her to give you an excellent experience and equipped to take your hair on.
